How to Change Your Profile Picture in Office 365

Your profile picture in Office 365 is a great way to personalize your account and make it easier for your colleagues to identify you. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to change your profile picture in Office 365.

  1. Open the Office 365 login page and sign in to your account.
  2. In the top right-hand corner, click on your profile picture.
  3. Select "My account" from the drop-down menu.
  4. Click on "Edit profile."
  5. Click on the camera icon next to your current profile picture.
  6. Select "Upload photo" to upload a new profile picture from your computer, or select "Take a photo" to take a new photo using your device's camera.
  7. Adjust the photo as needed by clicking and dragging the selection box.
  8. Once you're happy with your new profile picture, click "Save" to apply the changes.
